We specialize in chocolates and confections with recipes designed to please the sophisticated chocolate connoisseur. We have something to please every taste, from the traditional Chewy Caramel Truffle to the cutting edge Iberico Ham Truffle to the classic Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Bark. Our chocolates get their signature look by hand-brushing or air brushing cocoa butter that has been colored with natural and organic colorants. All our products are made in Colorado Springs by hand using French chocolate. We do not use preservatives or artificial flavors.
We offer free guided chocolate tasting experiences after 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
