These services are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Concierge services area available Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Additional service hours and holidays are available with an additional premium rate, per request.
Members should try to provide 24 hours advance notice so that we may accommodate requests in a timely manner. If you are in need of our assistance more immediately, please call us and we can try to accomodate.
The 365 Grand Club concierge services hourly rate does not include the cost of any purchases. You have the option of providing cash, card or pre-purchasing any items you may need.
