Office Space with 365 Grand Club
365 Grand Club offers work space for members only. The offices and conference rooms at 31 N Tejon (above the Famous Steakhouse) feature high-speed wi-fi, a large common work area with fabulous Pikes Peak views, a kitchen, staff support for scanning, faxing etc., and multiple conference rooms from big to small for your meetings on a first come first serve basis. The Aspen, Breckenridge, and Vail Conference rooms all feature Apple TV connectivity as well as white boards. The Pikes Peak Room features Cable on three TVs.
$60 plus your monthly dues gets the first 200 people a residency address and a mail slot with a unique address. These collaborative office and board rooms provide a month-to-month options to work alongside other 365 Grand Club members in a prime location downtown. These offices are first-come-first-serve to the first 200 members/applicants.
With the office space upgrade, you can rent the office space for free and discounted full-day rates. All members are able to pay to rent office space.
